To register with CBC Staff Selection you need to complete and sign the following forms and forward with your Resume to apply@cbcstaff.com.au
- Registration Form (Form 1)
- Information Statement for Workers (Form 2)
Under the Private Employment Agents Act 2005, it is a legal requirement by the Qld State Government that I direct you to view the Information Statement for Workseekers (Other than Models and Performers) - Copy of Passport or Birth Certificate (If you are a Permanent Resident or in Australia on a visa you will need to complete the Authority to Obtain Details of Work Rights Status (Form 3)
