About our Client

This dynamic and diverse property valuation and consultancy in FNQ has a unique opportunity for a Senior Valuer.

About the Role

Ideally, you will have already established yourself as a successful Valuer in the Cairns area, in both residential and commercial valuation, and have an impeccable history of success and integrity within the industry. As a given, you will need to be a Member of the Australian Property Institute and hold current Queensland Valuer's Registration.

Skill Set Required

Importantly, you will have a natural flair for building solid business relationships. With this business development and customer service focus, you'll continue the positive growth for this successful branch. Preferably you will have supervision experience to manage and motivate your administrative support staff. Time management and self motivation are your notable strengths.
