Registration Form Instructions
- Make sure you have the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader plugin.
- Click the file below to open the application (this will open a new window).
- Fill out the application, then click "Submit" at the bottom of the last page.
- At this point a dialog box should open, asking you whether you want to send the file using your desktop email application (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc...), or send it using an Internet-based email service (Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, etc...).
If you choose Desktop Email Application (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc...)
- Your email program will open, and a new message will be created with the file - registration_form.pdf - already attached, and addressed to apply@cbcstaff.com.au.
- All you have to do is send the email from your mail program and we will receive your application information.
If you choose Internet Email (Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, etc...)
- A dialog box will appear asking you to save the data file to your hard drive, in a place you can find easily (your Desktop, for example).
- Next, login to your Internet email account and create a new email message.
- Attach the file you saved (in the first step) and send the your message.
