Our client is a premium operator of medical centres nationally. Highly regarded for providing high quality community–based healthcare services to the general public, our client now needs an experienced Practice Manager to run its Townsville practice.
Your Exciting, New Role
As the Practice Manager, you will manage and develop a team of 20 reception and nursing staff. You will ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice, including maintaining staff rosters, managing patient records, and managing financials. You will ensure patients are seen in a timely and professional manner, and will fully support the delivery of quality clinical care by the practitioners. You would also bring to the table excellent public relations and marketing skills. You will be a leader, able to unite and motivate staff and will provide a safe working environment for your team.

- Strong people-management skills in a medical environment
- Experience in a similar role essential
- Demonstrated experience in financial management
