Our client is a government department that requires assistance in its administration department for a 3 month period with a possibility of extension.

Your Exciting, New Role

This is a hands on role in which you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of administrative tasks, possibly within a number of departments. This role would suit a highly flexible, driven individual with excellent administrative and communication skills.

The Skills You Bring

  • Min of 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • State government experience advantageous
  • Accurate data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent time management, numerical and computer skills in particular with Excel
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to take instruction
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • A criminal check will be necessary for the successful applicant
