We are looking for a confident, personable Personal Assistant to assist a busy advertising organization. This dynamic role needs someone with all-round administration skills, high level communication skills and the ability to confidently speak to and assist clients and graphic designers.
Your Exciting, New Role
The primary function of this role will be to provide administrative support to the sales team.
You will provide assistance with preparing data, reports, presentations and meeting minutes. You will be the first point of contact for all phone calls and will organize and attend meetings, complete and distribute minutes, assist with the preparation of correspondence, book and maintain travel arrangements and appointments for the team and you will liaise with clients and members of the sales team. There will also be some marketing involvement.
