What do you love about CBC?

I love the environment, support and empowerment that CBC provides. To be working amongst a team of women, is nothing short of amazing. We help each other to reach individual and team goals whether they are big or small.  CBC provides the support and empowerment I have been dreaming of in a work environment.

What is your greatest source of enjoyment in recruitment?

I enjoy knowing that I am helping people to find their dream job whether it is permanent or short term. My favourite aspect of recruitment is knowing I am building relationships with our clients and candidates.

Where do you feel you add value to candidates who are looking for work?

As a previous candidate at CBC Staff Selection, I understand what it feels like to be mindlessly searching the job market for possibilities and losing hope when you hear nothing back. I believe that I add value to candidates at CBC as I understand their situation and want to help them achieve their goals in securing a successful career.

What’s your work related super power?

I would say it is my empathy and kindness. I believe that I create a calming environment at CBC for my team, candidates and clients. I am also very passionate about my attention to detail so I would consider this to be my second super power.

Can you tell us about the most memorable moment of your career?

I am the newest member at CBC Staff Selection, so my most memorable moment so far would be securing my current position with such an amazing team. I am truly grateful to have been given this opportunity.
